Birth: Markinch, Fife, Scotland, c 1827

Marriage: to Ann Wycherley, née Ward, 1879, at Koroit Street, Warrnambool.

On the 9 July 1856 Andrew Kerr was appointed as Town Surveyor on the Warrnambool Council for 30 years. Prior to this, he was of the City Surveyor’s Office in Melbourne.
